Prime Life Labs operates primelifelabs.co.uk, a strength, nutrition and supplement resource for men over 50. We sell made-to-order merchandise and digital products. Questions: hello@primelifelabs.co.uk.
We sell made-to-order merchandise (embroidered hoodies and other clothing) and digital products (journals, programmes and guides). All products are described as accurately as possible; the embroidered logo on our hoodies is stitched, not printed.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken securely by our payment providers at the time of order. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
Made-to-order merchandise is produced in 2–5 working days and then shipped. Delivery is FREE within the United Kingdom. Worldwide shipping is available — see the product page for details.
Digital products are delivered by download or email after purchase. Because they are delivered instantly, they are not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off refund — but if there is a fault, email us and we will put it right.
Physical merchandise can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace or refund it. To arrange a return, email hello@primelifelabs.co.uk.
The Prime Life Labs name, gold mountain logo and all brand assets are the property of Prime Life Labs and may not be used without permission.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product in question.
