PRIME PT · by application only

The few. The fortunate few.

PRIME PT is not a product you buy. It is a handful of places — direct, unhurried 1:1 coaching with Delvis, our head coach. Programming that thinks for you. A line to someone who knows your name.

Delvis takes on very few. Not because we wish to seem scarce — because the work deserves attention it cannot get at scale. If you are accepted, you will be looked after properly. If you are not, you will be told honestly, and pointed to where you will be better served.

Ten questions. No right answers — only true ones. Answer as the man you are, not the man you think we want.

Question 1 of 10

Tell me who you are.

Name, where you call home, and the work you do or did. The ordinary facts — they ground everything that follows.

Question 2 of 10

How old are you, and what does your body tell you each morning?

Not the number. The truth. The stiffness, the energy, the things that used to be easy and aren't now.

Question 3 of 10

What do you actually want from the next ten, twenty years?

Independence. To play with grandchildren. To climb something. To stop being afraid of your own body. Name it plainly.

Question 4 of 10

What have you already tried, and where did it fall down?

Gyms joined and abandoned. Plans too clever to follow. Injuries. Give us the real history — it tells us more than any test.

Question 5 of 10

Why you, and not the thousand others who want this?

This is the question that matters most. Not your fitness — your readiness. What makes you worth one of the few places we hold?

Question 6 of 10

How serious are you, really?

PRIME PT asks for consistency, not intensity. Tell us what you are willing to show up for, week after week, when no one is watching.

Question 7 of 10

What is the one thing holding you back that you have not said out loud?

Fear, time, money, a body that's been neglected, a story you tell yourself. The thing behind the thing.

Question 8 of 10

If we took you on, what would a good year look like?

Not "get ripped." Something you would feel in your actual life. Describe the year you would call a win.

Question 9 of 10

What would you give this — and what would you not?

Time, money, ego, old habits. We ask because the men who thrive here know what they will trade and what they won't.

Question 10 of 10

Leave Delvis with whatever you wish he knew.

A question, a fear, a line from your life. The last word is yours. Then he will read all of it himself.

Before it reaches Delvis

One last look.

Read it back. This is exactly what Delvis will see. When you are content, send it. He reads every application personally — no assistant, no algorithm.

— Received. —

Your application is with Delvis now. He reads each one himself, and he will write back — accepted, waitlisted, or pointed somewhere better suited to you. It may take a little while. That is the nature of doing it properly.

You were right to apply. Few do, and fewer mean it.
